The ideal candidate will have experience cooking in a busy kitchen, but not essential as training will be given. you will be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient stock and preparing for the day ahead. You will be responsible for adhering to food hygiene regulations.
We also offer to give you a qualification in level 2 food hygiene, which is a recognised qualification.
We are open 7 days a week. This position is part time and involves weekend shifts.
The Café is situated in the Centre of the beautiful, picturesque site at Dunster beach.
This position may involve lone working, it is a must that you are confident and capable of working under pressure
