Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
5. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
7. Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and policies.
8. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
9. Respond to employee queries and assist with HR-related issues.
10. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in Human Resources.
12. A strong understanding of HR processes and procedures within industrial/manufacturing settings.
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
14. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
16. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
