Site Manager - Office Refurbishment (4‑Week Contract) - Edinburgh

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Parking: Onsite (included)

About the Project
Rapid, high-quality office refurbishment across a compact, fast‑paced site in Edinburgh city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient sequencing of trades, and delivering the project safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all site activities including trades and labour coordination.
Enforce compliance with site safety plans and SMSTS standards.
Manage logistics and daily scheduling to achieve tight timeframes.
Liaise proactively with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and the project team.
Maintain RAMS, site diaries, and health & safety documentation.
Ensure quality control aligns with client expectations and timescales.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
Valid SMSTS certification
Current CSCS card (Manager/Black or Gold card preferred)
Valid First Aid at Work certification
