The Role
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will identify potential projects and present innovative, fit-for-purpose industrial lighting solutions. You will work with an established team to deliver bespoke solutions to critical infrastructure customers such as ports, airports, and rail networks. Your responsibilities include pitching to M&E consultants, contractors, and end users, supporting design and layout, and managing project fulfillment. This role offers great opportunities for high performers with existing relationships to build upon. Success relies on strong relationships with engineers and contractors, a proactive approach, and motivation to develop new business. Field sales experience and a hunter mentality are preferred.

Candidate Criteria

* Understanding of lighting, electrical, or technical drawings is desirable but not essential
Salary and Benefits
Up to £38,000 basic salary, plus up to £15,000 OTE (uncapped), company car/allowance, mobile, laptop, 20 days holiday, pension scheme.
