Position Overview
We are seeking a high achieving, outgoing and passionate experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing successful family run commercial cleaning company in Cambridge who are currently looking to expand into Peterborough and Hertfordshire.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to grow in an amazing people first, employee second environment. Ideally the candidate will be within the commercial cleaning industry with a strong proven track record on sales and the drive to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to deliver sustained growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
* Identify and secure new business leads for commercial cleaning in Cambridge, Peterborough and Hertfordshire
* Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and report progress
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
* Provide regular progress reports to management
* Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies
* Generate leads and sales appointments for our Operation team, through use of our CRM, conducting warm phone calls and cold calling targeted businesses
* Spend more time on outside sales activity combined with in-office responsibilities
* Set and achieve personal monthly activity and 30-60 day sales plans
* Work toward annual sales goals
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and timely communication
* Write and edit marketing correspondence and outreach emails
* Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with company capabilities
* Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Representation & Networking
* Represent Trinity Harper Cleaning at industry events, networking functions, and sales meetings
* Build professional network within our targeted industries and sectors
* Maintain professional company image in all client interactions
Experience & Background
* 3+ years prior successful cold calling and industry sales experience
* Preferably experienced in commercial cleaning services
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
* Strong independent work ethic with ability to manage time, tasks and sales pipeline with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable engaging with executives and mid-level decision-makers
* Strong listening skills and empathy
* Clear and concise writing abilities
* Familiar with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Other Requirements
* Valid driving license with clean driving record
* Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
* Professional appearance and demeanour
* Base Salary £35,000 annually
* Company vehicle (or HMRC Business Mileage Allowance)
* Performance & Uncapped commission scheme
* Support from a highly experienced leadership team with deep industry knowledge
* 37.5 hours per week
