Job Description
3. Plan and manage daily site operations for retrofit schemes
4. Supervise site teams and subcontractors
5. Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all stages
6. Monitor quality, progress, and maintain site documentation
7. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
8. Lead site inductions and manage training needs
9. Produce and present reports for project meetings
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience in retrofit projects
11. Background in social housing refurbishments
12. SMSTS certified
13. Strong leadership & site management skills
14. Proactive, hands-on approach
What's on Offer
15. £50,000-£55,000 base salary
16. £4,500 car allowance
