Our client based in Darlington are looking for a Labourer to join their team on a contract basis.
Person specification:
* Supporting the Voids team with a variety of hands-on tasks in housing properties
* Collecting and moving materials, disposing of waste, removing fixtures and fittings, filling holes, and assisting with general tasks.
* The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety‑conscious, and able to follow instructions to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Person specification:
* Must have a full UK Driving license
* Willing to do a DBS check when accepted
* Must have valud CSCS card
* Able to work well as part of a team
