We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Delivering a comprehensive People Plan aligned to business objectives
* Driving leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
* Providing expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and change management
* Supporting recruitment, resourcing, and TUPE activities
* Championing engagement initiatives and communication strategies
* Managing HR service measures including absence, recruitment lead times, and budget
What you need to succeed at GXO:
CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong HR/OD expertise
* Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policy
* Proven experience in employee relations and change management
* Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
* Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
* Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office)
* Flexible, results-driven, and committed to driving change
