Senior / Principal - 360 GTM Recruiter

£35K-£55k DOE
GTM & Tech landscape - with a focus on AI, Automation and Data.
My client is a rapidly growing recruitment company with a focus on placing Go-To-Market (GTM) & Tech professionals into tech start-ups, they are looking to expand our team and are seeking motivated individuals to join us in their journey of growth and success!
* Recruiting for VP of Sales, CRO's, Head of Sales, Sales Directors, Enterprise Account Managers.
* Working with VC backed SaaS Ai and Data start-ups to supply Senior positions alongside full team build outs of their commercial functions.
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, with the opportunity to grow and increase their spend.
* Winning new business, focusing on building sales teams in tech start-ups.
* Proactively headhunt and place candidates within the Tech industry, specialising in AI, ML, Automation and Software engineering.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
