Honeycomb Jobs is delighted to assist our third sector client to recruit two Programme Coordinators on temporary (6 months) contracts based in Belfast. The Client - This highly credible multisite non-profit organisation supports science and technology innovation in Northern Ireland among other purposes throughout a range of funding and work-streams. They use the profits generated to support various programmes, facilitate funding, inform policy and accelerate technology-based research and development, by linking with academia and government. Centred on bringing together people with ideas and ambition to create start-ups that could change the world. The Role - Reporting to Programme Manager, as a Programme Coordinator you will play an integral role in supporting the programme team in the administrative and logistical aspects of the programme as well as events management. This is an exciting role suitable for candidates with a creative outlook, impeccable attention to detail and organisational and time-management skills, who thrive on variety in their day-to-day. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Lead on outreach and onboarding of participants, manage communications, track progress. Assist with recruitment comms, signups, event-based onboarding, and logistics. Assist in session coordination and material preparation for content delivery. Set up and maintain project boards, monitor task progress, liaise with team leads. Update relevant tasks relating to event planning and logistics. Draft and send key updates, maintain databases, schedule meetings. Support by coordinating event invites and communications. Support planning and execution of activities and workshops alongside event coordinator. Primary lead on venue booking, catering, agenda management, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up. Interface with internal team and external collaborators. Coordinate with venue partners, suppliers, and event partners. Set up and maintain survey systems, gather and analyse participant data using Support distribution and collection of surveys during events. Create content assets, updates, and branded materials in collaboration with marketing. Contribute to branded communications, visual assets and logistical materials for events Support event and programme budget tracking in line with procurement policies Track expenses for events; support budget adherence during planning phases Own responsibility for documentation, process improvement, and internal reporting Contribute updates relevant to event metrics and attendance The Ideal Person - Experience in a fast-paced business environment in an administrative support role. Prior experience organising and managing impactful events. Experience of strong relationship building skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in all MS Office packages. Excellent communication skills that foster effective collaboration. Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
