Head of People & Culture Location: North Down Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Award winning employer Exciting opportunity to drive the people agenda Due to impressive growth and ambitious future plans, our client, an award winning manufacturer based in North Down is looking to appoint a Head of People & Culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to help shape and drive the people strategy for a thriving organisation. As the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of all HR aspects, ensuring that the organisation's people function is aligned with its strategic growth plans. You will work in partnership with the management team to support on people issues and provide consistent, excellent service. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job: Lead the HR function and people strategy for a rapidly growing, award-winning business. Work directly with the CEO and management team to influence people decisions and transformational change. Opportunity to shape management development programs and support talent management across the organisation. The Role: Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process across key areas of the business. Develop and implement management development training programs, ensuring the leadership team is equipped to manage and grow their teams effectively. Drive the development of a strong employer brand and cultivate a positive company culture. Manage talent pipelines and ensure the business is equipped with the right people to meet strategic objectives. Take ownership of HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports the organisation's growth trajectory. Lead transformational change initiatives and help implement new HR processes and systems to scale with business growth. The Person: CIPD qualified Strong HR experience within a manufacturing/production led environment is essential. Proven experience in developing management development training, ideally in fast paced, commercial, operational environment. Demonstrated experience of leading transformational change and implementing HR strategies that contribute to business success. Strong talent management experience, including recruitment, retention, and performance management. Track record of building collaborative relationships with leadership teams, managers, and other internal stakeholders.
