We are looking for a driven, polished, and target-oriented Sales Executive who thrives in a high-performance, customer-obsessed environment. If you can confidently handle high-value clients and turn leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining our luxury brand reputation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Enquiries & Relationship Management
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website chat.
* Build rapport with clients from initial contact through to booking and post-sale follow-up.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored luxury transport solutions that match their event and preferences.
Sales, Cross-Selling & Booking Conversion
* Convert inbound leads into confirmed, high-value bookings across all service lines (weddings, proms, corporate, VIP, etc.).
* Proactively follow up on leads and dormant enquiries to maximise sales conversion.
* Upsell add-ons (e.g. multiple vehicles, extended hours, décor packages, memberships).
* Cross-sell related services from our wider group of businesses, including wedding and prom packages, event management, photography/videography, venue hire, luxury experiences, and more.
CRM, Admin & Pipeline Management
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales progress in the CRM.
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to enquiries, bookings, and documentation.
* Assist with preparing contracts, booking confirmations, invoices, and internal schedules.
* Ensure all data is up to date, well-organised, and accessible for other departments.
Client Experience, Complaints & Brand Standards
* Represent the Phantom Hire brand and other brands with impeccable professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Provide a luxury service experience throughout the sales process, upholding our standards for tone, response times, and presentation.
* Respond to client complaints or issues in a calm, professional manner, resolving them swiftly and fairly while maintaining the brand’s premium reputation.
* Liaise with operations and management to escalate or resolve service concerns as needed.
Market Awareness & Insights
* Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and client expectations in the luxury hire industry.
* Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and new opportunities for service development.
Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in B2C sales
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in handling high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
* Strong written English and phone manner.
* Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Desirable:
* Experience in wedding, chauffeur, or luxury services.
* Knowledge of high-end car brands and vehicle features is a strong advantage.

Pay: £25,085.00-£28,925.00 per year + Commission
