Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Location: Warrington
Reports to: Head of People
Overall Purpose of the Role
The HR Manager will lead and deliver a comprehensive, high quality HR service across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving the People strategy, supporting managers, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. This is a hands on generalist role suited to a confident HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with operational delivery, supporting a fast moving and people focused business based in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational HR
* Lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring a proactive, solution focused service.
* Support the implementation and delivery of the organisation's People strategy.
* Provide expert advice on HR policy, best practice, and legislative changes.
* Partner with senior leaders to shape culture, workforce planning and organisational development.
Employee Relations
1. Oversee and advise on all ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, attendance and capability.
2. Ensure cases are managed consistently, fairly and in line with UK employment law.<...
