About the Role
As a Sytner Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Bath, you'll be the face of Sytner from the moment a customer walks through the door. You'll guide them through every step of their car-buying journey — listening, advising, and delivering a first-class experience that keeps customers coming back.
This is a role where outstanding service and sales success go hand in hand. You'll:
1. Engage customers face-to-face, building trust and rapport
2. Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and solutions
3. Deliver a seamless, memorable buying experience every time
4. Work flexibly, including weekends, to ensure our customers receive exceptional service when they need it most
5. Previous experience in customer service or sales is ideal — what matters most is your attitude, drive, and passion for delivering results.
