Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist Location: Huntingdon -Hybrid Salary: Up to £45,000 Our client is a large, well-established financial services organisation, known for their professional excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development, they are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end payroll processing. * Process salary changes, bonuses, commissions, pensions, BIK, and other payroll adjustments * Reconcile payroll reports and manage payroll-related queries in a timely manner * Administer employee benefits programmes including pensions, health insurance, life assurance, and other schemes * Manage Revenue submissions, including PAYE modernisation reporting * Support internal and external audits relating to payroll and benefits * Maintain and update payroll and HR systems with accurate employee data What They’re Looking For * Proven experience managing end-to-end UK payroll. * Irish payroll experience (desirable). * Experience in benefits administration, including pensions and insured benefits * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS platforms * Ability to manage confidential information with discreti...
