The Role:
* Maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues.
* Distribute and retrieve induction paperwork and input all relevant information accurately onto the HR databases.
* Assist with the Absence Management process, recoding absence information accurately onto the HR database and follow up on outstanding paperwork.
* Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly to keep an accurate record for audit purposes.
* Obtain references for employees and follow up on outstanding references.

Essential:
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work logically.
* Ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional telephone etiquette and manner.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience with PAMS database.
