Our client is looking for a site manager to oversee a rendering contract on a school.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing sub contractors carrying out rendering works
* Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
* Ensuring the site is compliant.
* Issuing work permits
* Tool box talks
* Resolving issues on site
* Reporting directly into a project manager who is covering a number of sites. You will be an experienced site manager. Able to work on own or as part of a team, reporting directly into the project manager.
Qualifications
* CSCS Black
* Enhanced DBS required
* SMSTS
* 1st Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
