Our Taste for Life brand continues to expand with the opening of a new café with soft play at Congleton Leisure Centre this spring!
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Catering Manager to oversee our on-site café and soft play area. The role involves serving customers front of house, food preparation in the kitchen, and managing the soft play area. You should have high standards, a track record of excellent service, and food hygiene standards.
You will be responsible for managing the café operations, including stock control, staffing, and service. Experience in managing events and functions (such as private parties, sporting events, conferences, or meetings) is desirable.
You will ensure that your team is well-trained, engaged, and able to deliver excellent catering services that meet the needs of both the centres and customers. Our Taste for Life Cafés serve as community hubs, helping customers connect and enjoy their visit.

Hours of work: Shifts generally between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm. As a seven-day operation, weekend work and occasional evening work for events are required.
Full-time: 37 hours
Salary: £25,707 - £28,838 (Grade G)
