Event Travel Manager - Covering US Hours
We are recruiting on behalf of a global travel business who are expanding their specialist events team in the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex travel arrangements while building strong relationships with clients.
You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless event travel programmes, supporting clients and travellers throughout the full journey.
Event Travel Manager – What will I be doing?
* Managing travel arrangements for events, including flights, hotels and ground transport
* Supporting travellers with changes, queries and problem-solving throughout their journey
* Overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
* Working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver against expectations
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring all bookings and processes are handled correctly
* Building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams
Event Travel Manager – What experience do I need?
* Proven experience managing groups for event travel or complex travel programmes end-to-end is essential
* Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
* Confident building and maintaining client relationships
* Solid GDS skills, including fares, ticketing and reissues is critical
* Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
* A calm, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Event Travel Manager – What else do I need to know?
* Fully remote role covering US Hours
* Working hours: Monday – Friday, 4.3pm - 1am
* Salary up to £45k
* Quarterly uncapped bonus plus annual company bonus
