Your role To be responsible for the provision of an effective site management service to the school, including (but not limited to) security of the premises, health and safety, maintenance, cleaning and porterage You will need: experience of working in a premises management role, with knowledge of security and methodology for both buildings and grounds without risking the health and safety of the school community up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and COSHH regulations DIY skills to undertake day to day repairs and maintenance of school buildings strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, and establish professional and productive working relationships GCSE level education with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
