Job Summary:
We are seeking a data strategist to serve as VP Depositary Product Data Architect within the Depositary Services Product Management organization. You will lead the development and delivery of the data strategy for Depositary Services, supporting our business objectives and technology platform.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to embed data as a foundational element, driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and innovation.
Job responsibilities:
* Lead creation and execution of a cohesive data strategy for Depositary Services.
* Define and operationalize core data management capabilities and document the Depositary Product Data Model.
* Define reference data, ingestion, normalization needs, and solutions for data storage in the Securities Services Data Lake.
* Implement data governance, quality, and stewardship models tailored to operational and regulatory needs.
* Participate in leadership of cross-product technology projects with a data-driven foundation.
* Deliver a scalable data landscape leveraging the Securities Services Data Lake.
* Ensure activities align with CIB strategies and best practices.
* Promote a data-centric culture and establish data policies.
* Identify AI technology adoption opportunities for Depositary Services.
Qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field.
* Experience in data strategy roles within financial services.
* Deep understanding of data management principles and governance.
* Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and predictive analytics.
* Understanding of regulatory landscape; experience with UCITS / AIFMD advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
