Job Title: Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator Location: Chelmsford About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring we attract, recruit, and deploy high-quality staff while maintaining excellent service to both candidates and clients. You will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns, working on boardjobs, building strong candidate relationships, coordinating rotas, and ensuring full compliance with employment and sector-specific legislation.
