Glens of Antrim Group is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Van Sales Executive to help bring our award-winning local products to even more customers across Northern Ireland. As the face of Glens of Antrim Crisps, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across convenience, retail and hospitality channels, building relationships, opening new accounts, and ensuring our products look great on shelves and menus everywhere you go.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan, develop and optimise your journey routes to maximise efficiency and coverage across your territory.
* Visit and service a wide mix of retail and hospitality customers nationwide, ensuring excellent account management at every stop.
* Drive van sales across existing clients while focusing strongly on new business development, identifying fresh opportunities in shops, delis, cafés, hotels and more.
* Manage daily stock levels and place accurate orders, ensuring you always have the right products available for customers.
* Present and promote new products, seasonal lines and special offers confidently and persuasively.
* Merchandise products to brand standards, creating eye‑catching displays that boost visibility and sales.
* Canvass and convert new business opportunities, setting up new accounts and growing your customer base.
* Work to clear daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently driving performance and profitability.
* Attend monthly sales meetings, contributing insights and sharing successes with the wider team.
What You’ll Bring

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to spot customer needs and match them to viable solutions.
* Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends to support events, shows or promotions.
* Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, plan and make the best use of your time and resources.
* A self‑starter attitude, comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team player.
* A results‑driven approach, motivated by targets and always looking for ways to grow sales.
* A clean driving licence is essential.
* At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
