Drive transformation, from restructures to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring people are supported every step of the way. Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge We’re looking for an accomplished HR leader with the credibility, expertise, and strategic mindset to operate at the highest level. You will bring: Essential A relevant HR degree, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent senior‑level experience. Experience operating in a senior HR role within a complex organisation. Broad HR expertise gained as a Senior Business Partner or similar strategic role. A proven track record of leading and delivering people strategy across complex, multi‑site or national environments. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing organisational change initiatives. Experience conducting people impact analyses and identifying, managing, and mitigating organisational risk. Hands‑on experience of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, TUPE, transfer, and integration. Strong experience coaching and supporting senior leaders, building leadership capability, and driving high performance. Significant expertise in change management, partnering with leaders at all levels to strengthen their ability to lead change effectively. Extensive experience leading organisational design and development (OD&D) projects within large, complex organisations, delivering interventions aligned to strategic and operational priorities. Desirable Experience in job creation, job design, and job evaluation (e.g., Korn Ferry Hay). Experience leading or managing projects. Working knowledge of UK employment law.
