An established organisation with a strong presence across the region is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary maternity cover basis until mid‑January 2027.

Your new role

As Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to the team. Your responsibilities will include handling iing calls and email enquiries, raising orders, maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and preparing reports. You will support meetings, take minutes, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure all documentationplies with internal policies, GDPR and quality standards. This is a varied and fast‑paced role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed

1. A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and at least 1 year’s relevant administrative/reception experience or 2 years’ relevant experience.
2. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
3. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Experiencemunicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team, meeting tight deadlines and managing your workload effectively.
6. Experience dealing with challenging customer situations (desirable).
7. Experience processing purchase orders and invoices (desirable).
