Finance and Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate will support the finance manager in managing project budgets, income recognition and project administration.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our Finance Manager and Project Leads with budgeting, financial reporting, and project administration. This role involves managing documentation, processing invoices and expenses, coordinate project administration ( meeting minutes, status reports, calendars, and milestones) and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders. The position is offered on a full-time basis (flexible options will be considered), for a contract duration of three years.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), or qualified accounting technician and a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience of working in a finance assistant/ administrative role.

Due to the all-island nature of CES’ work, there will be a requirement to travel from time to time including between CES’s offices or to other locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
