Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and cooking processes, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen space, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes based on customer feedback.
* Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety practices, and operational procedures.
* Assist in maintaining equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
Requirements
