Senior Software Engineer
Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
£60,000 to £75,000 + Benefits.
An established organisation is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team delivering impactful, real-world solutions.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and having genuine influence over delivery and outcomes, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
* Leading and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality solutions
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and shape outcomes
* Mentoring and supporting less-experienced team members
* Championing best practices across delivery, quality, and ways of working
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
* Proven technical background using C#, Java or Golang
* Strong technical background with React, or Angular and TypeScript
* Willingness to learn new skills - GCP and AI.
* Confidence working in stakeholder-facing environments
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
