We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for Oxfordshire, working on a school project, this means you must have an enhanced DBS check for the role.
Duties
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Coordinate and manage on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce company policies
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays
* Ensure site is secure and materials are stored safely and correctly
* Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and incident reports
* Lead site meetings and provide direction to the team
