The Process Improvement Developer is instrumental in Greene Kings objective to drive efficiency and innovation within the organisation. Predominantly, but not exclusively, leveraging expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and other automation and visualisation tools, this role involves designing and implementing solutions that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and optimise operational workflows. The ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes is crucial in achieving strategic goals. Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions that address specific needs. A deep technical ability in the Microsoft Power Platform is essential (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI and Power Pages) along with the skills and expertise in the underlying Dataverse and other technology that underpins that platform. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to ensure they continue to meet evolving business requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential in troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. As a subject matter expert, the Process Improvement Developer provides training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. A deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps for custom application development and Power Automate for workflow automation, is key in driving these initiatives. Overall, the contributions of the Process Improvement Developer are instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving organizational objectives. The ability to leverage cutting-edge technology to create impactful solutions positions this role as a key player in the journey towards greater efficiency and success. Qualifications Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power Platform technologies, such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate Six Sigma qualification preferred Computing Degree or equivalent qualification At least 5 years proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate Extensive experience in creating supportive data visualisations and dashboards with Power BI to enhance the applications usability and reporting ability Demonstrated expertise in automating workflows and processes using Power Automate Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes Experience in training and supporting team members
