Location: Bridgend + site travel Hours: 39 hrs/week | Mon–Fri We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding to oversee multiple projects across South Wales and the South West, ensuring safe, high-quality and profitable delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Manage roofing & cladding contracts from pre-start to completion * Plan labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors * Control project costs, valuations, variations, and invoicing * Lead site teams and drive productivity and programme performance * Ensure full H&S compliance, RAMS, and quality standards * Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent project delivery About You: * Proven experience managing roofing & cladding or envelope projects * Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems, cladding, and façade works * Commercially aware with strong contract management skills * Experience managing multiple live sites * Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills * Full UK driving licence Desirable: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Working at Height, Scaffold Inspection (training available) What’s On Offer: Company vehicle / allowance, career progression, training, and long-term stability within a growing specialist contractor. 📩 Apply now for immediat...
