HR Administrator
Location: Telford – Hybrid working
Duration: 12-month FTC
We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our Shared Service Team on a fixed-term basis. You will provide high-volume, high-quality HR services, supporting our business and employees by managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
The role is based at our Telford site with a hybrid working model and is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage workload aligned with internal SLAs & KPIs, focusing on core HR processes such as onboarding and leavers.
* Ensure governance and compliance of HR data using various HR systems and tools.
* Collaborate with wider HTR teams to support deliverables, re-prioritizing as needed.
* Support HR projects and activities through administrative support and colleague guidance, understanding their impact on business objectives.
* Promote continuous improvement by owning key elements of the HTR project/strategy.
Beneficial Skills & Experience
* Previous HR administration experience.
* Understanding of HR legislation and GDPR.
* Knowledge of HR & Payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, Resourcelink, 4Me, or similar.
* Experience with Electronic Document Management and Project Coordination.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint).
* Organized, adaptable, inquisitive, and challenging mindset.
* Tenacious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills.
* High accuracy with a “right first time” attitude.
