Previous experience in phone based sales
Experience selling regulated products in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence handling objections and closing sales
Highly target driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
Ability to quickly understand and apply product knowledge

What will you be doing?
Speaking with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets
Providing expert advice on suitable insurance solutions
Using internal systems to generate quotes and compare policy options
Explaining policy features clearly and guiding customers through available choices
Handling objections confidently and converting enquiries into successful sales
