We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join a well-established property company based in South West London.
* 25 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days – flexible working pattern available). Could also accommodate 3 full days (8.45am - 6pm) and 2 non-working days.
About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive, values-driven culture. You’ll manage and develop a small HR team while overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
* Advise and support managers on all employee relations matters
* Ensure policies and processes comply with employment legislation and best practice
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding processes
* Manage and develop HR team members
* Lead training and development initiatives across the business
* Analyse HR data and provide reports to senior leadership
* Oversee performance management, pay reviews, and staff engagement activities
* Liaise with external providers on payroll and employee benefits
* Promote and embed a culture that reflects the company’s values and inclusivity
About You
* Confident managing a small HR team
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
