This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment projects. The project is working as the project lead (No. 1) to deliver an office refurbishment and new build healthcare suite in Hemel Heapstead (£4m). Our client is able to provide a rented property close to site and lodging allowances for the inital 12 month contract.
