Senior Account Executive (Contact Centre) – Opus Technology
Senior Account Executive (Contact Centre) will be responsible for proactively hunting and generating a quality business pipeline, winning profitable business and helping deliver customer success. The Senior Account Executive will promote, sell and secure new business from within their new logo wins through a relationship-based account management approach.
Responsibilities
* Develop strong working relationships with Contact Centre partners
* Build a rolling pipeline of 4.0x the agreed Gross Profit quota
* Exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver an agreed number of customer reviews and case studies per annum
* Own and run 4 customer events as agreed (face to face or virtual)
* Align with the company values and deliver “The Opus Way”
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience hunting Contact Centre (or similar) new logo opportunities
* A proven track record in a Contact Centre (or similar) sales role (annual sales £1m+)
* Experience and ability to engage with clients up to C-level
* Ability to hit the ground running with an established network of contacts within the CC community and prospective customers
* Self-motivated, team-player who can self-manage against targets and objectives
* Good planning and organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Ability to work in a manner that reflects the organisation’s values of Trust, Generosity, Transparency, Professionalism, and Happiness
Salary and Benefits
* Salary £55,000–£70,000 basic DOE + uncapped commission; OTE £170,000
