We're looking for Site Managers to join our Anglian Water team based in Lincoln
Location: Lincoln- company car/ cash allowance provided
Contract: Permanent, full time
Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance- part of Anglian Water's network, the IOS was set up in 2015 to concentrate on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. Based from a designated site in the area, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams and sub-contractors on site. You'll also be responsible for carrying out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality and performance standards and ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water's approved standards including POSWSH.
Accountable for SHEQ performance of projects, including undertaking and record findings of periodic SHEQ visits
Responsible for all Health & Safety issues on site, completing paperwork such as weekly inspections, tool-box talks, site specific risk assessments & method statements
Oversee the management of multiple concurrent projects by proactively managing site based supervisors and delivery teams ensuring safety, quality and time frames drive performance
Delivering projects in line with tender allowance and agreed programmes of work
Proactively support planning responsibilities to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption, these include: resourcing, project requirements and estimations
Procurement of plant, materials and specialist subcontractors using an appropriate financial management accounting system to ensure projects are delivered within tender allowances
Experience in the water industry alongside M&E/ construction
SMSTS & CSCS card
Commercial awareness
Full driving licence
