Working in a very collaborative people team, you will help shape the candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, engaging, and aligned with the company’s culture.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver a full end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles
•Implement and continuously improve best-practice recruitment processes
•Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and culture
•Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
•Source and headhunt candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media
•Conduct first-stage interviews and candidate assessments
•Provide hiring managers with shortlists and recruitment insights
•Ensure an excellent candidate experience, including feedback for interviewed candidates
•Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards and sourcing platforms
•Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks
•Coordinate interviews and offers, ensuring smooth transition to onboarding with HR
•Adhoc project work
About You
•Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within retail, fashion, or a fast-paced growth environment
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Highly organised with strong attention to detail
•Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
•Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
•Motivated, proactive, and results-driven
•A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
