AramarkUKare currently recruiting an experienced Catering Managerto join our team working atThe Isle of Wight College, PO30 5TA.
Responsible for the overall catering operation, with a strong focus on front-of-house management, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
* Assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
* To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
* Follow recipes and prepare food for service
* Deliver first class food throughout service
* Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
* Deliver first class food throughout service
* Manage all associated administration
Qualifications
* Experience in a management role working in a hospitality environment
* Experience leading a team
