Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Epsom for a Sales Executive. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, providing comprehensive information about available vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role will require building lasting relationships with clients, maintaining knowledge of the latest vehicle specifications, and meeting sales targets. Exceptional customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with the team are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
* Proven experience in sales, consultative selling, or customer-focused roles.
* Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver a high level of customer service.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience with car sales would be an advantage but not required.
* Proficiency in using digital tools for customer tracking and sales processing is preferred.
* A valid UK driver's license is essential.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
