About the Role

* Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including contracts, personnel files and HR databases.
* Prepare and issue HR‑related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment and policy updates.
* Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.
* Track right‑to‑work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
* Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates and turnover as required.
* Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.


Key Skills, Experience & Requirements

* Previous experience in a HR Administration role – essential
* Knowledge of HR Databases – desirable
* Basic understanding of Employment legislation – desirable
* Competent using Microsoft Office – essential
