Site Manager
We’re seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee two specialist manufacturing sites and play a key part in launching a brand‑new facility. This role offers a unique blend of day‑to‑day site management and high‑impact project delivery, guiding talented technical teams through growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.
As Site Manager, you’ll be accountable for fostering a culture where safety, quality, compliance, and operational performance remain consistently high. You’ll lead all production activities, ensure both sites meet regulatory standards, and maintain smooth, reliable operations. A major part of this role will involve driving the establishment of a new facility—coordinating contractors, managing timelines, shaping documentation, and supervising qualification and validation phases to ensure a controlled, compliant, and efficient start‑up.
You’ll lead and develop a growing team, providing clear direction, building capability, and creating an environment where people can perform at their best. Success in this role will require strong communication, confident decision‑making, and the ability to manage technical challenges with structure, clarity, and resilience. You’ll also support broader business planning, partner with customer‑facing teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes, systems, and operational excellence.
Key Experience & Skills Required
* Experience in regulated manufacturing, aseptic production, or technical operations environments
* Strong working knowledge of GMP and applying quality standards in practice
* Proven leadership of technical teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability development
* Practical experience with equipment and process qualification/validation (e.g., URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ)
* A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement capability
