Site Manager: Specialist Construction (Panelised LGSF Systems)
Salary: GBP55,000 + Car Allowance
Location: UK:wide (Travel required)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist construction division of a large multinational. The division delivers high:quality projects using panelised LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) systems and operates with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands:on construction professional who enjoys variety, travel, and ownership of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of specialist construction projects using panelised LGSF systems, from mobilisation through to final handover.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, and to agreed quality standards.
* Travel to projects across the UK, including overnight stays as required.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
* Monitor site costs and provide accurate reporting to the commercial and project teams.
* Conduct site surveys, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
* Ensure smooth handover of projects with minimal snagging and high satisfaction from the employer.
* Support project teams in problem:solving and proactive programme management.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with exposure to panelised LGSF systems.
* Strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements and site legislation.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site programmes.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
* SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, and relevant site health and safety certifications preferred.
