Charles Hurst Fast Fit Centre Hours: 43.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm Saturday on Rota Basis (Every other) 8am-12pm Basic: £ 26,000 basic OTE 32,000 with bonus Charles Hurst Fast Fit Centre is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our award winning FastFit Team which is headed by our friendly Franchise Manager, James Thompson. As a Service Advisor at Charles Hurst, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development, as well as learning from one of our longest serving employees in James Thompson. This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression opportunities within Charles Hurst Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries Invoicing and booking stock in Admin duties Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication Maintaining accurate customer records, and updating the systems when details change As a Service Advisor at our busy dealership you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems. It would be really helpful if you had experience in the world of tyre's too You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative.
