We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to enhance our Apprenticeships, Adult Learning, and Corporate Services. The role focuses on continuous quality improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, aiming to elevate our educational standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead ongoing quality enhancement across various educational programs and services.
2. Monitor achievement, retention, and destination data to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Develop and implement an effective Corporate Services Quality Framework.
4. Manage Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes.
5. Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams, and external partners to ensure excellent learner experiences.
6. Support inspection and external quality assurance activities.
7. Oversee the college's complaints and compliments processes with professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in managing quality within an educational setting, particularly in apprenticeships and adult learning.
2. Level 5 teaching qualification, with strong data analysis skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
4. A strategic thinker who fosters a quality-centric culture.
5. Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
