As a sales team, we:

* Prefer fieldwork over office work and enjoy working daily with diverse people

* Are results-driven and seek opportunities to improve the business and ourselves
* Are resourceful and don't hesitate to ask for help to solve challenges
* Are willing to roll up our sleeves to get things done

Our new team member needs to:

* Have ambition and drive to progress
* Have experience in a similar job or, if not, a track record of achievements
* Hold a valid, clean driver’s license

You can be successful in this role if:

* You can manage a designated territory—from nurturing existing customers to finding new ones to grow our business
* You collaborate closely with colleagues and believe that “WE” is more than “I”
* You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with commercial partners
* You strategically use all available resources to achieve targets, considering environmental sustainability
* You embrace new digital tools to optimize outcomes
* Your market and consumer behavior analysis, combined with your eye for spotting opportunities, lead to crafting business reviews and strategic proposals
* You negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, activate the marketing calendar, and execute merchandising standards to prepare outlets for consumers
* You manage our assets in the market and in customer outlets
* You utilize sales tools to report and ensure the quality of stores

How we will support you:

* You’ll have a buddy during onboarding to introduce you to the business, routines, and territory
* We’ll provide clear guidelines for market execution and top sales tools to track results, understand progress, and achieve targets
* You’ll continuously learn best-in-class sales techniques through our Sales Academies
* You’ll use pioneering digital solutions to support data collection, automate processes, and access sales insights
