Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be supporting our client in the Nottingham area, who, during a period of change, is seeking a temporary HR professional to join their team. As they embark on a new 2‑year people strategy, this organisation is looking for an all‑round HR Generalist to support them for approximately 2 months, potentially longer.
Responsibilities
The HR Officer will work within a team of 6, supporting a business with 280 employees. Key duties include:
* Building relationships and communicating with staff across the organisation.
* Supporting the HR Director with ad‑hoc HR projects.
* Leading all areas of learning & development and training delivery.
* Supporting employee relations, policy development, data analysis, recruitment, and onboarding.
Qualifications
• Strong HR generalist background with experience in learning and development. • CIPD qualified or actively working towards qualification. • Able to start immediately and able to work in a hybrid setting on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
Employment Type
Hybrid role – offered on a full or part‑time basis.
