Export Sales Executive Export Sales Executive - Hampshire (rural location) - £35,000–£38,000 Bonus Benefits The Job: An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Export Sales Executive to join a well-established and growing agricultural manufacturing business with over 40 years of industry expertise. This role offers a clear development pathway into international sales. You’ll begin by supporting domestic sales activity, gaining in-depth product and market knowledge, before progressing into managing overseas distributors and driving export growth. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the UK sales team and developing product knowledge - Progressing into managing export territories and achieving international sales targets - Building and maintaining strong relationships with global distributors and agents - Identifying and developing new international market opportunities - Negotiating commercial agreements and sales contracts - Attending UK and international exhibitions to promote products - Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and distributor communications - Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on activity The Candidate: - Experience in export sales, international sales, or business development - Background or knowledge within the agricultural or livestock sector (essential) - Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage with farming customers - Proven ability to build and manage relationships with distributors or key accounts - Confident negotiator with experience handling contracts - Highly organised with the ability to manage travel and multiple markets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office The Package: - Competitive salary £35,000–£38,000 DOE - Performance-related bonus - 25 days holiday birthday off - Company pension - Death in service benefit - Free on site parking - Opportunity for international travel - Clear progression into a fully-fledged export sales role - Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) - Based in a rural Hampshire location (own transport required) - Must be comfortable around dogs Please email your CV to James Caspersen, Recruitment Delivery Consultant at JCaspersen@agriRS.co.uk.
