Pay Rates
1. Monday – Friday: £12.75 per hour
2. Saturday: £17.22 per hour
3. Sunday: £21.55 per hour
Working Pattern
4. 30 hours per week
5. 7.5-hour shifts
6. 4 days out of 7
7. Rota-based, including weekends when required
8. Candidates must be willing to work ALL of the following shift patterns: 6:30am – 2:30pm 9:15am – 5:15pm 10:30am – 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities
9. Preparing and cooking meals to set menus and dietary requirements
10. Ensuring safe food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
11. Assisting with menu planning and portion control
12. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen area
13. Working as part of a catering team to meet deadlines
14. Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Requirements
15. Previous cooking experience is essential
16. Ability to work across all required shift patterns
17. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
19. Reliable, efficient, and comfortable in a busy environment
