Overview
Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role based in Swansea with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. The combined salary plus commission (On Target Earnings) can reach £45,000.
Responsibilities
* Act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a first class experience from inquiry to vehicle purchase.
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the buying process.
* Work a flexible pattern of hours, including weekends, to provide the highest possible level of service.
* Represent Sytner's brand and service standards throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for outstanding customer service.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
* Willing to attend an assessment centre if required.
